Shipping and Delivery

At Mesmerize Kenya, we ensure that all flowers and gift items ordered will be delivered to you in good condition anywhere you are in Kenya. We have different shipping methods depending on your location.

Pick From Office

If you would like to collect your items instead of having them delivered, you can choose that option as you are making your order. You will not pay any shipping fees if you choose to pick up your flowers and gift package from our workshop. Our physical location is:

Standard Nairobi Wide Shipping

All flowers and gifts for Nairobi delivery can be delivered on the same day. After completing your order and making full payments, your order will be delivered within 2 to 3 hours if your location is near Nairobi CBD. 

For all locations near the outskirts of Nairobi, we may not be able to deliver within 2 to 3 hours. However, we assure you that the delivery will be made before the end of the day.

All flowers and gifts meant for same day delivery in Nairobi should be ordered by 1pm since we close at 5:00 pm. Any orders made after 1:00 pm will be delivered on the next day.

We are open on Monday to Saturday from 9am to 5pm. On Saturday from 9am to 2pm. We are closed on Sundays. 

On peak days such as Valentines Day, Christmas Day and Mother’s Day among others, we are not able to specify the delivery timelines. However, you can be assured that your flowers and gifts will be delivered on the same day. 

Please note that personalised items will be delivered on the next day since our team requires a working day for personalised items. All orders for personalised items should be made by 4pm and approvals for all artworks should be done by 5pm, so that your order can be processed for next day delivery.

Standard Nairobi Wide shipping costs Ksh. 300. 

Standard Outside Nairobi Shipping (door to door service) Next day Delivery

All flowers and gifts scheduled for delivery outside Nairobi will be delivered on the next day via Fargo Courier. Please note that there are certain flower arrangements that cannot be delivered outside Nairobi. When placing an order via our website, please read the description box to find out whether the arrangement is available for delivery outside Nairobi.

To ensure you receive your flowers and gifts on the next day, please place your order by 4pm. Our team will send you a tracking number on the morning of the delivery day so that you can follow up with Fargo Courier on the delivery status of your items if you wish to do so. Please note that Fargo Courier deliver items only to locations that are within a 10km radius from town. Fargo Courier do not have a specific delivery timeline. However, they make deliveries between 9am and 4pm. The cost for this shipping method ranges depending on location.
